At WELLBANK PARK you have the flexibility to build your new home in a way that suits you. Whichever option you choose, we are here to support you as much or as little as you need.
OPTION 1: DESIGN & BUILD OFF-PLAN
If designing and building a house from scratch is too daunting, the ‘build off-plan’ option allows you to choose from a set of pre-designed house types, sizes, floor layouts and configurations.
With this approach, you still have the flexibility to make changes to the pre-designed plans to suit your requirements. You will still be building a customised home but with a starting point to work from. Where you need us, we will still be here to support and guide you through the process.
OPTION 2: FULL CUSTOM BUILD
With our full custom build approach you can effectively start with a blank sheet of paper to create a home that meets your precise specification.
With this option, you get decide the exact size, style, layout and configuration and finishes that you want for your home. As long as you remain within the Lake District National Park design guidelines, which are not too restrictive, you are free to let your imagination flow and build your dream home!
