We would be delighted to welcome you to visit the WELLBANK PARK site and meet at our Sales Pod. While on site you can find out more about the plots we currently have available, familiarise yourself with the site, we can answer any questions you may have.

VISIT WELLBANK PARK BY ROAD
VISIT WELLBANK PARK BY RAIL
Wellbank Park, Church Ln, Millom LA19 5AD
– From the M6, exit Junction 36 and take the A590 slip road towards Barrow/Milnthorpe.
– At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A590
– At Meathop Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lindale Byp/A590
– At Newby Bridge Roundabout, take the 1st Exit and stay on the A590
– At Greenodd Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A595
– When you reach Bootle Village, turn left following signs towards the Beach and WELLBANK PARK. Continue for 2km and WELLBANK PARK is on your left.
Bootle (Cumbria) is on the Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness rail line. The railway station is approximately 1 mile from WELLBANK PARK.
