Joe Higginson (MRICS) is our custom-build partner for the WELLBANK PARK development. His company Hugr Homes specialises in guiding people through the process of building their own custom-build homes.
An experienced Chartered Surveyor, Joe has worked on numerous regeneration and residential projects across the North of England over the last 25 years.
Frustrated by the poor quality and lack of choice provided by the current housing market he sees custom build as a great way to give people the opportunity to live in the home of their dreams.

David and Janet Nuttall are co-owners of the WELLBANK PARK site. As long time residents of Cumbria, they are keen to share their experience of living in this beautiful part of the country and to welcome you to WELLBANK PARK.
Having aquired the land, a former MOD site, David and Janet are passionate about returning it to its full biodiverse potential. Sustainable housing and energy efficient living, centred around custom-build community ownership is central to their philosophy for this unique development.
