Further afield you will have direct access to the glorious Lakelands with its mountainous terrain, stunning lakes and spectacular views.
Later phases of the WELLBANKS PARK development will include a Community Hub with an on-site indoor swimming pool facilities for other leisure and community activities.

ELeck are fully accredited Renewable Energy Specialists. As a proud supplier to WELLBANK PARK, their expertise is helping us achieve our target of 30% renewable energy usage with Solar PV, Battery Storage, LED Lighting, EV Charging and Energy Auditing.
Envirotech
Envirotech is an ecological, environmental and rural surveying consultancy firm committed to advising on current requirements relating to the rural economy and environment. The company has helped to ensure that the WELLBANK development has been as ecological as it can be from the very beginning of the project.
Cumbria Wildflowers
Cumbria Wildflowers have been central to helping us build a biodiverse environment for the WELLBANK community. As part of a five year plan the landscape in which the development is nestled is already coming alive and will continue to evolve as the development grows.
South Lakeland Orchard Group
The team at South Lakeland Orchard Group have are instrumental in our plans to create an orchard of heritage apple and other fruit trees on the WELLBANK site for the community to enjoy. As the site develops and grows, there will eventually be around 50 trees spread throughout the site.
