We would be delighted to welcome you to visit the WELLBANK PARK site and meet at our Sales Pod. While on site you can find out more about the plots we currently have available, familiarise yourself with the site, we can answer any questions you may have.
We are on site every Thursday from 10am – 4pm. If you would like to visit us outside of that time – please just Contact Joe Higginson or David Nuttall.
HOW TO FIND US
VISIT WELLBANK BY ROAD:
Wellbank Park, Church Ln, Millom LA19 5AD
– From the M6, exit Junction 36 and take the A590 slip road towards Barrow/Milnthorpe.
– At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A590
– At Meathop Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lindale Byp/A590
– At Newby Bridge Roundabout, take the 1stexit and stay on A590
– At Greenodd Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A5092
WELLBANK PARK is on Church Lane.
VISIT WELLBANK BY RAIL:
Bootle Village Station is on the Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness rail line. The railway station is approximately 1 mile from WELLBANK PARK.
