We’re delighted this week to announce another new housing plot reservation for a custom build home at WELLBANK PARK. This brings us to a total of 6 Plots taken for Phase 1 of the development. We very much look forward to welcoming more people to our growing community and to sharing more news on our new reservation in the coming months.
ACCESSIBLE HOLIDAY COTTAGE RESERVATIONS
On this updated Masterplan, Phase 1 can be seen outlined in red top left. For the 2nd Phase of the development, we are also pleased to have secured reservations from the award-winning Brickhouse Farm Holiday Cottages for a collection of 8 accessible holiday cottages to be build. Designed with easy-access for wheelchairs, these buildings will overlook the two lakes and the Community Hub beyond which will feature a swimming pool, hydro pool, cafe and social meeting spaces.
With the wheelchair accessible paths installed around the WELLBANK PARK planted landscape we hope to attract visitors to this beautiful, unspoilt part of rural Cumbria.
